厉双，女，1990年生，山东日照人，中共党员，2025年6月于西南财经大学获管理学博士学位，2026年1月至今，任安庆师范大学经济与管理学院教师。主要研究方向为组织行为、公司金融。在《统计与信息论坛》《International Review of Economics and Finance》《PloS one》等刊物发表学术论文3篇，主要参与基金1项。
